One could expect the tree to be about 7 ft tall and 3 ft wide in a 10 year period making it a great compact choice for small yards

Created by Bob Scott in the 1970's this rhododendron rhabdotum hybrid

but very worthwhile for those that can grow it

The small leaves are a little fuzzy and Martha is a strong plant

They are hard to propagate
