Harken Power Pack - Outhaul and Downhaul protectionThe Harken Power Pack is everything you need for the outhaul and downhaul on your laser ILCA. All of the 16mm blocks (except the mast base blocks) have been replaced with Harken T18 lightweight tie on blocks to reduce weight and friction whilst refreshing the look of the Laser. The downhaul top block has been upgraded to a 29mm T2 block to eliminate the line drag on the block as much as possible.
