this vineyard has been expanded to over 30 hectares of limestone and flint since 2016

Jonathan’s Pouilly-Fumés start with Prélude

then known as Bellinchamp (“pretty fields”)

this is a fantastic harbinger of what’s to come once the second fermentation and lees aging are finished

and it is fourth generation Francisco who oversees the business side of the winery
