Domaine Dupraz Les Terres Blanches Apremont 2021 (750ml) Nero di TroiaDomaine Dupraz is a 7th generation estate in the Savoie run by Jeremy Dupraz. After taking the helm in 2011 Jeremy began to convert the property to organic farming and started to focus on crafting terroir specific wines. Les Terres Blanches is 100% Jacquere from a small vineyard of 30 year old vines. The grapes are spontaneously fermented and aged in concrete tanks for 8 months with frequent lees stirring. This white is dry with restrained orchard

bing cherry and red plum swirl with sweet hints of vanilla

cedar and freshly rolled tobacco that all dovetails into more estuarine-influenced aromas

the interaction of mouth-watering fruits and minerals are positively shimmering – very delicate and refreshing on the palate

On the nose it is intense

Still quite savoury - much more so that most 1990s

and grilled pineapple
