Description

Nakiri 180mm Pure ironThis Tetsu Nakiri feature a medium size but very tall blade, good distal taper, thin tip. Flat profile at the heel with a slight curve toward the tip. The San mai is made from 26C3 steel core with wrought iron cladding. Forged to shape and to geometry the blade is ground on water cooled grinding wheel. The blade barely fit in my usual box, I might send it with a different packaging. Specs : Construction : San ma (3 layers) Range : Tetsu full ground

The san-mai is fire welded from 135Cr3 core steel with soft steel cladding
