Within this Gin you'll come to expect Dry Juniper notes infused with a Spicy Floral and Pepper burst and finished off with notes of Savoury Thyme. This creates a Gin which is Aromatic and Citrus infused throughout with notes of Juniper

This release from the Jaffa 2512 team takes Fresh Lemons which are hand picked and pressed and infuses them into their Classic Gin which creates a Refreshing Zesty flavour with obvious notes of Citrus running throughout and hints of Juniper

This Gin inspired by the Italian Riviera is crafted using 19 different botanicals including Fresh Basil from Liguria and Citrus from Southern Italy

This is distilled from a Mashbill of Corn

The spirit has pure Water added to it before it is rested for a minimum of two weeks and then bottled at 46% ABV

Some notable Botanicals included within this release are the Strawberry Gum and Karkalla (also known as Pigface)

This English Gin is produced by the Team at Todka and is made with a selection of secret Botanicals
